CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) describes a consistent focus of a business venture on its customers and the systematic formation of customer relationship processes. CRM usually supports functions of the sales, marketing, service and controlling departments. These departments are attuned to one another so that an optimum customer support can be realised at all times.
CRMs will most likely assert themselves and become an inherent part of Business Software before long – just like Document Management Systems.
