Employee(*) Software Support
To complement our support team, we are looking for a full-time employee in software support (*) for our company location in Siegen.
After an appropriate training period, your area of responsibility will include supporting our service team in recording and processing user enquiries that we receive by e-mail and telephone. You document the problems and prioritize them in the Helpdesk ticket system. You can solve the problem yourself or forward it to the appropriate department.
