Employee(*) Software Support

bitfarm Informationssysteme GmbH is the developer of a leading open source Document Management System. The bitfarm-Archiv DMS is a mainly MS-Windows and increasingly web-based (JavaScript/JSON) client-server solution, which we offer in two versions.

To complement our support team, we are looking for a full-time employee in software support (*) for our company location in Siegen.

After an appropriate training period, your area of responsibility will include supporting our service team in recording and processing user enquiries that we receive by e-mail and telephone. You document the problems and prioritize them in the Helpdesk ticket system. You can solve the problem yourself or forward it to the appropriate department.

  • You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and have a helpful attitude.
  • Your appearance on the phone is confident and friendly and you keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
  • You speak and write German and English well.
  • You are characterized by both technical and organisational understanding.
  • Your good comprehension enables you to grasp customer concerns quickly.
  • After the induction you will be able to submit qualified proposals for solutions to complex problems to our customers and work actively on their implementation.
